This project involved a complete renovation of the existing bathroom, starting with isolating the water supply and carrying out a full removal of all existing fixtures, fittings, and wall coverings.
To maximise the available space, the layout was reconfigured by removing an internal stud wall, allowing the separate toilet and bathroom to be combined into one larger, more functional room.
The walls were then upgraded with new plasterboard and professionally plastered to provide a smooth, even surface ready for finishing. All necessary plumbing works were undertaken, including the installation of new pipework and the fitting of a bath, shower, sink, and toilet.
The project was finished with tiling and new flooring, ensuring a durable and professional result. The completed space now offers a fully upgraded, clean & modern bathroom designed for both comfort and long-term use.
